October 17th Pour-Overs

On Friday, October 17th, we decided to switch things up in the café and offer pour-over coffee with an experimental co-ferment roast from Brian, our roaster. the beans were fermented in champagne yeast with strawberries. The flavor notes we were tasting were banana and hops. It was a really interesting flavor, and our customers enjoyed it as well! Hopefully we'll have more co-ferments and experimental roasts/beans in the future!
